Cacheuta Hot Springs in Mendoza, Argentina

The Cacheuta Hot Springs are located in the Cacheuta Thermal Water Park, in Luján de Cuyo, and are a popular attraction for tourists looking to relax in thermal waters in Mendoza.

Approximately 39 km from the center of Mendoza, the Cacheuta Hot Springs are surrounded by the impressive Andes Mountains and the waters of the Mendoza River. The on-site thermal pools offer a temperature range between 30° and 40°.

In addition to the thermal pools, Termas de Cacheuta offers a sauna, showers, hydromassage, waterfalls, mud therapy and many more SPA treatments. Therefore, this is an ideal attraction for a relaxing getaway during your trip.

How to get to Cacheuta Thermal Water Park

Located 39 km from Mendoza, in Luján de Cuyo, access to the Cacheuta Hot Springs is via Ruta Prov. No. 82. And you can get to know the place on your own or book a tour offered by tourism agencies, such as excursion to Cacheuta Thermal Park.

The roads to the park have beautiful landscapes and you can discover the various attractions along the way or very close to the place at your leisure, such as Puente del Inca, Aconcagua Provincial Park and Dique de Potrerillos.

Important information to visit the Cacheuta Hot Springs

  • The Cacheuta Hot Springs is usually very crowded with tourists. Therefore, I recommend that you visit the spa during the week, to have a chance of finding it a little more empty (but it's no guarantee of anything).
  • To see all the attractions in the region, I recommend that you rent a vehicle (see everything about car rental in Mendoza). This way, you can visit the attractions calmly, which usually doesn't happen on tours.
