The Michelin Guide, famous for distributing stars to the best restaurants in the world, shook the hotel market by expanding its ratings to include accommodations as well, analyzing more than 5,000 hotels around the world in 120 countries. And you have already pointed out what are the best hotels in Paris.

Unlike the stars awarded to restaurants, the Michelin Guide gave keys to the best hotels in the world. To reach the final result, the evaluators made anonymous visits to the hotels and analyzed different criteria, such as the hotel itself, the interior design, comfort, maintenance and quality of service, cost-benefit and more.

The best hotels in Paris according to the Michelin Guide

In total, the Michelin Guide gave keys to 39 hotels in Paris. Nine of them won the top prize, another eight got two keys and 22 got one key, in addition to another 80 hotels being classified as “high quality stays”.

With just 11 rooms and suites, the Maison Villeroy offers, among other facilities and services, a butler service 24 hours a day. According to the Michelin Guide's assessment, this luxurious hotel “operates on a completely different level”. He continues: “All the suites have an almost presidential appearance and the rooms, despite being smaller, leave nothing to be desired in terms of comfort.”

La Reserve Paris

“The rooms and suites are extremely luxurious and would be considered spacious anywhere in the world, but by Paris standards they are majestic.” The description of La Reserve Paris made by the Michelin Guide sums up most of the accommodations we found in the French capital, with their small rooms. But it’s not just this “detail” that has placed La Réserve under three roofs. The good restaurants, the spa, the comfort, luxury and design of the hotel, a 19th century mansion located close to the Champs-Élysées, also helped.
