How to rent Ninja WiFi?
You reserve the router directly at Ninja Wifi official website. Select the dates of your trip and the airport where you will pick up/return the product.
You can also choose how many gigs you use per day and the duration of your trip. If you are going to work or backup photos, select the package accordingly. We used the 5gb one and it was fine.

ATTENTION! If you arrive in Japan during the early hours of the morning, the company office inside the airport may be closed. In this case, select to have it delivered directly to your hotel! That's what happened to us! When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave us the package with the router,
If you want it delivered to your hotel, reserve the router at least 3 days in advance (counting Japan time which is 12 hours ahead of Brazil's time zone). This service is paid separately.
How does Ninja WiFi work?
You turn on the router (it works just like a cell phone) and check the network name and password. This information appears in English on the main screen. In the settings there is nothing to change, so don't mess around.
Then you just connect your cell phone, notebook, tablet to this network with the password and you are already connected!
Each time a device connects, this information appears on the router screen. This makes it easy to know how many people are using it.

How to return Ninja WiFi at the airport
Before entering the security and boarding area, return the package containing:
- router
- charger
- manuals
- cables
- external charger (if rented)
Some offices have a “return box”, a box where you can just put the device there and leave without talking to anyone.
If you forget to return it on the day or do not return an item, your credit card will be charged for this.

Our experience with Ninja WiFi
I loved the Ninja WiFi service, it worked inside bullet trains, restaurants, hotels and attractions at Disney in Japan and Universal Studios Japan, Mount Fuji…. The device charged quickly at night and was light to carry.
We don't leave the router on all the time because it could use up all the battery. So, we called it while traveling between cities, during lunch, etc. when we really needed to use it.
I also used it a lot in hotels, as the hotel's wifi wasn't very fast and I needed to work, posting reels or videos on YouTube.
